I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very quiet, incredibly comfortable, and had a great character with high ceilings and modern decor. However, the old lift next to the room made some noise when in use at any time. The service was top-notch, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations.

The hotel offers a beautiful Old Town feel with a great view from the nice, spacious rooms. However, there were technical problems that affected the availability of the rooms. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, particularly with Matthew's assistance. The location, just inside the Old Town of Quebec City near great restaurants and historic sights, was enjoyable. Dining was fantastic with additional perks included in the rate. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
